Hotel Policy
Check-In & Check-Out Time
Safe House 168 has the following check-in and check-out times:
- Check-In: from 15:00 hrs onwards
- Check-Out: until 12:00 hrs (noon)
Early Check-In Policy:
- Guests may check in after 12:00 hrs (subject to room availability) at no additional charge.
- Check-in before 12:00 hrs will incur an additional charge equivalent to one full night.
Terms & Conditions
- Safe House 168 guarantees room reservations until 18:00 hrs. For late arrivals, please notify us in advance.
- Additional charges apply for extra guests beyond the room’s maximum occupancy.
- Parking is limited and at guests’ own risk. Safe House 168 is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur.
- Safe House 168 is not liable for any damage, theft, or accidents that may occur during your stay.
- Room rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Safe House 168 love pets but Pets are not allowed inside the room.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. A fine of THB 2,000 will be applied for violations.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and will be charged based on the actual value of the damaged items. Refusal to take responsibility may result in legal action by the hotel.
- Room rates do not include breakfast (available at an additional charge).
Stay & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation or modification at least 7 days prior to arrival: No charge.
- Cancellation or modification within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the first night will be charged.
- No-Show without prior cancellation: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
Payment Policy
- Your credit card is used for reservation guarantee only.
- Payment must be made upon check-in by Cash, VISA, or MasterCard.
